Initial Clean-Up &

One Time Services

If it’s been more than a week since your yard was last cleaned, an initial clean-up is required.

Most clean-ups fall under a $100 minimum charge. Larger properties, big dogs, long grass, or long periods without cleaning may take 2–4 hours. $100 covers up to 60 minutes of clean-up.

Additional Time: $1.00 per minute after the first 60 minutes.

Custom Plan Options:

Twice Weekly, Twice Monthly, Monthly

Weekly service is our most popular service, but this doesn't work for everyone. We offer more frequent or less frequent options for regular service. Please see our featured offers. Considering a base rate of our Standard Plan, we offer service at the following rates:

2X Weekly: $180/month.

2X monthly: $75/month.

Monthly: $60/month.
